Dr Peter Watters CEng FIMechE FIEI: Mechanical Engineer

Peter Watters has been a self-employed senior mechanical engineer working in Belfast since 1994.

His business grew from Written Scheme of Examinations of Pressure Systems, through Technical Audit into Process Design and Process Supervision.

Peter started as a Research and Development engineer, with eight years in management before he became a consultant. This means he offers clients something extra in the process engineering, throughout the life of the equipment.

The projects are various and complex, with timescales ranging from 6 - 1,500 man-hours.

The processes have included;-

• Animal Feed Stuff Manufacture
• Argon, Carbon Dioxide, Helium, Hydrogen, Nitrogen and Oxygen distribution, storage, mixing, cylinder filling and analysis.
• Concrete manufacture
• LPG distribution, storage and mixing
• Water Treatment

Over the past 15 years Peter has gained a wide experience of engineering processes and the people who have a stakeholder interest in them.

His continuing work is to bring practical technical problem solving and communications to the stakeholders.
